Food Vendors
Due to space constraints, prospective food vendors are required to submit the following documentation:
- Complete menu or product inventory
- Photo of trailer/tent as it will appear on a fair ground with size dimensions
- Your full contact info
Outdoor Vendors
Outdoor Commercial Vendors please send the following to the Scott County Fair Office:
- Certificate of Liability Insurance (from your insurance company) current to cover the dates of the fair
- Commercial Space Lease Agreement
- State of Minnesota ST-19
- Payment required
Indoor Vendors
Indoor Commercial Vendors please send the following to the Scott County Fair Office:
