Entry Deadline: friday, July 11, 2025
ENTRY FEE: $0.50 per item
LATE ENTRY FEE: $1.00 per item entered after the deadline
- Higher premium payouts
- You are allowed TWO entries per lot in the Needlecraft, Sewing, Crafts, Photography and Ethnic Crafts Departments.
- Each exhibitor that enters 2 items in a lot can receive ONLY ONE PREMIUM PER LOT
- You are allowed ONE entry per lot in all the other departments.
- You do not need to live in Scott County in order to enter projects for the Fair!
