Truck and tractor pulling, also known as power pulling, is a form of a motorsport competition in which antique or modified tractors pull a heavy drag or sled along an 11-meter-wide, 100-meter-long track, with the winner being the tractor that pulls the drag the farthest.
As the tractor travels the course, the weights are pushed ahead of the sled’s axles, pushing the front of the sled into the ground, synthetically creating a gain in weight until the tractor is no longer able to overcome the force of friction. The sled can be adjusted in many ways to create a desired pull.

Class I: 16,500 lb. — Duals Allowed
Class J: 11,000 lb. Open Tractor
PICK UP TRUCKS:

SEMI-TRUCKS:
Class M: 20,000 lb. Semis – OPEN
Class N: 20,000 lb. Road Semis (working road, licensed, max 2400 RPM-10% overstock)
I will enter your Scott County Fair Pulling Contest. I agree to attend the drivers pit meeting held prior to the event in the pit area. I agree to abide by the rules of the supervisors and officials of the event. I agree that I enter this event of free will and do not hold the Scott County Fair or its agents liable for any injury or loss that my pit crew or I would sustain. Driver and pit personnel will sign a liability waiver upon entry to the pit-gate area.
